The Sawgrass Bay Community is still mostly under construction. This page contains information for future and current residents. When completed, the community will have a total of 81 homes. Out of these, there are 7 homes that have already been completed and sold. 46 of these lots are water-front.

The community is being planned in three phases. Phase I is currently under construction and there are still lots avilable right now in Phases II and III.
